Group therapy invites women to engage in a journey of self-discovery and growth called Meeting the Dark Goddess.

You are in a transition time in your life, perhaps you have moved to another country, changed jobs, or something  has changed for you, and you don’t feel quite as alive as you would like to.

If you feel lost, confused, or your confidence is shaken, you are not alone. Everyone deserves to feel powerful, engaged, and fulfilled. I guide women through these times to reconnect with their own power.

I invite you to journey together to the land of the dark goddess, who lives in the underworld. The dark goddess may symbolise coming into touch with your shadow, and is a metaphor for the transformation. The outcome of such an experience may be about reclaiming your inner balance and power.

I want to create a space to connect with the deepest parts of ourselves, our bodies, our psyche, and our soul, and explore aspects that we want to reveal in a group setting. In this space, participants might engage in sharing personal stories, dreams, practising guided meditations, and feeling into their bodies. We will seek the dream doors to altered states of awareness that will enable us to view ourselves and our journey from a different level of consciousness. The process will allow us to connect to ourselves and the community of others.

The method of working originates from Arnold Mindell, the father of Process Work Psychology and World Work, as well as the principles and values of Deep Democracy. Process Work is a holistic approach to understanding human experience, utilising tools to explore personal and social dynamics in an embodied way. Deep Democracy emphasises the importance of all voices being heard and valued, fostering inclusivity and collective wisdom.

Earth and Heart

In this workshop, I invite you to deepen our connection to all life, to our bodies, the Heart and the Earth.
We will explore subtle levels of awareness through creative exercise, breath work, body movement and meditation. We will have an opportunity to share what we are experience.
