Since a very young age, I followed my spiritual interests and practised Buddhism. Therefore, when I decided to follow my vocation to become a psychotherapist, I chose to study Western psychological approaches (Psychosynthesis, Jungian, and Process-oriented psychology) that integrate and draw from Eastern Philosophies and their wisdom. Over the years, my interest in spirituality has expanded to incorporate shamanic, tantric, and other approaches that reflect this profound knowledge.

This perspective allows me to work with sociological, political, and cultural dimensions of the times we are living in. I empower and challenge oppression that comes from our background, conditioning and the culture.
